- Multi-tenant structure
- Each operation's data is logically isolated. Associations and multi-operation groups can be managed through a single account with a sub-operation breakdown.
- Role-based access
- Separate permission levels for the operation owner, herd manager, veterinarian, and consultant.
- Bulk data upload
- Bulk upload of call files from the laboratory and automatic format validation.
- Automatic quality control
- Individual- and marker-level quality control at the moment of upload. Records that fail the threshold are flagged and excluded from analysis.
- Index and ranking
- Real-time herd ranking and scenario comparison with customizable index weights.
- Mating engine
- Generation of mating plans under relatedness and defect constraints; side-by-side evaluation of alternative scenarios.
- Report generation
- Generation of the standard animal- and herd-level report as a PDF; the methodology version number is embedded in every report.
- Version control
- Every report is stored together with the methodology version it was produced under. Past reports do not change retroactively.
- API and integration
- An API for exchanging data with herd management software and record systems. It does not require you to replace your existing software.
- Data export
- Your data can always be exported in standard formats. There is no data lock-in if you leave the platform.
